Cold Stone Creamery Branding With Tim Hortons In Toronto?

I know that Tim Hortons has branded with Cold Stone Creamery to open 6 Cold Stone Creamery Stores inside Tim Hortons locations across Ontario. Does anyone know which Tim Hortons in Toronto is the one with the Cold Stone in it?

One of them is on Bay St. just south of Bloor (across from Manulife Centre). The other is on Danforth in Greektown.
