		<description>Personally... I keep a disposable camera in my glove box for just such an occasion. I would have photgraphed the scene making sure to get both the cars and the offending car&#039;s plate number in at least one of the photos.  Promptly reporting them to the police and DMV.
If the incident had happened at a mall or shopping center equipped with security cameras, I also would have gone to mall security and asked if they could find the accident on their video (it is a crime not to leave a note, here in CA, where I am) so I would hope mall security would be cooperative. Also, this would help in case the other party were to accuse you of being the one doing the damage to their car.
Also knowing myself... I have a LOT of patience. If I didn&#039;t have to be elsewhere, I would probably also have waited for that person to come back to their car, and given them a piece of my mind!</description>
