How Can I Disable Another Computers Access To The Internet Via The Router Without Compromising My Own?

Ok, I’m not brand new to working with routers etc but this has stumped me :( I have no idea how to disable another computers access to the internet on the network using the router alone. It’s sweex router (if that helps). Any info would be grealty appreciated :]

Without a model number, I can’t be sure of the routers capabilities, but you usually have the ability to filter what computers are allowed on the network with the MAC ID filter
Allowing a computer access to the local network but blocking Internet access is a feature that most lower cost home routers do not have.
Some routers have web site filters, but few of them have a blanket internet block.
