I Opened A New Account And The Internet Won’t Work On It?

I already have 2 accounts on my computer.One is administrator and the other is limited. They both have internet connection on it. My sister wanted me to make her an account so I did and I got the internet from the start menu and dragged it to the desktop but when i click on internet and it opens up but it says it cannot open up the web page. Why doesn’t it have any internet connection? Should I just call eMachines which is the brand of my computer?

i don’t think eMachines idea would work it’s about settings or maybe your proxy why don’t you post your question in computers category they will deffo be able to help
