What Is An Easy Strategy To Level Up Pokemon In Pokemon Platinum Without The Use Of Ar Cheats Or Rare Candies?

I don’t want to use Rare Candies because they do not raise the power stats as high as normal leveling does. Leveling up raises the stats much higher. And I don’t want to use Action Replay cheats because I don’t want to ruin my copy of Pokemon Platinum, and I REALLY don’t want to break my brand new DSi either.
So, what are some easy ways for leveling without those two things?
